Refund Policy

Effective 19 July 2026

1. Yearly trial

The three-day free trial is available only with the yearly plan. The stated card-authorisation charge and applicable VAT are non-refundable. Cancel before the trial ends to prevent the first yearly subscription charge. SMS usage during the trial remains pay-as-you-go.

2. Monthly and yearly subscriptions

Monthly and yearly platform charges are non-refundable after the paid period begins, except for a duplicate payment, confirmed billing error, service not supplied, or another refund required by law. Cancelling stops future renewal and preserves access until the current paid period ends.

3. Lifetime access

The Lifetime plan is a one-time platform-access purchase and is non-refundable after the workspace has been activated, except for duplicate payments, confirmed billing errors, service not supplied, or rights that cannot be excluded by law. SMS usage is not included.

4. Wallet top-ups and SMS charges

Wallet top-ups and VAT fund SMS usage. Charges for SMS already submitted to the delivery provider are not refundable merely because a carrier delays, filters, or rejects delivery. Duplicate debits and confirmed internal charging errors will be corrected. Unused wallet funds are not transferable between accounts and are normally non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Failed and duplicate payments

A bank or Paystack may automatically reverse a failed payment. If a debit remains unresolved after five business days, contact us with the payment reference, date, amount, and account email. We will reconcile the provider record before issuing any correction.

6. How to request a review

Email help@winasoul.online within seven days of the disputed charge. Include the church name, account email, amount, date, Paystack reference, and reason. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where practicable; bank and provider processing times may apply.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes a consumer right or remedy that applicable Nigerian law does not permit us to exclude.
