1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of WinASoul. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use WinASoul for a church or ministry, you confirm that you have authority to act for that organisation.
2. What WinASoul provides
WinASoul provides public data-collection forms, contact databases, image-assisted extraction, SMS follow-up automations, wallet funding, exports, analytics, and account settings. WhatsApp and email delivery are marked coming soon and are not currently included.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. One administrator controls each church workspace. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our breach.
4. Church records and consent
Your church owns the records and message content it submits. Your church decides why those records are collected and used. You must have a lawful basis to collect each person’s information and send follow-up messages, honour withdrawals and opt-outs, and avoid collecting information you do not need.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not send spam, fraud, threats, harassment, unlawful promotions, or misleading messages.
- Do not upload malware, interfere with the service, evade safeguards, or attempt unauthorised access.
- Review AI-extracted information before using it; extraction may contain mistakes.
- Do not use WinASoul to process highly sensitive information unless lawful and necessary.
6. Plans, VAT, trials, and usage
Displayed platform prices exclude 7.5% VAT, which is added at checkout. Monthly access is charged immediately. Yearly access includes a three-day trial after the stated card-authorisation charge and renews at the yearly price unless cancelled. Lifetime access is a one-time platform charge. Every plan charges SMS usage separately from the wallet at the price shown before sending.
7. Payments and cancellation
Paystack processes card and wallet-funding payments. We retain transaction references, not full card details. You may cancel a renewing subscription in Settings. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not remove access already paid for. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
8. Messaging and scheduling
SMS automations may be scheduled between 8:30 AM and 7:30 PM Africa/Lagos time. WinASoul dispatches due jobs through its scheduled worker, but mobile networks may delay, reject, or filter delivery. An accepted provider request is not a guarantee that a handset received the SMS.
9. Availability and third parties
The service relies on hosting, database, payment, AI, security, and SMS providers. We work to keep WinASoul available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or third-party delivery. We may update features, repair faults, or perform maintenance.
10. Suspension and account closure
We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, unlawful use, chargeback, or non-payment. You may delete your account from Settings. Export records you need before deletion because account deletion is intended to be permanent, subject to limited legal, fraud-prevention, and backup retention.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, WinASoul is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed network delivery, unlawful customer messaging, inaccurate unreviewed extraction, or third-party failure. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the platform fees you paid during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability that law does not permit us to exclude.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Before court proceedings, both sides will first try in good faith to resolve a dispute by contacting help@winasoul.online.
